In this easy roasted garlic recipe, we will show you how to roast garlic while you're cooking to add to your favorite dish.

Ingredients for Roasted Garlic
- Garlic – whole heads of garlic is preferred here, not just cloves, however you can roast cloves.
- Olive oil – for roasting.

How to Roast Garlic Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place Silpat/silicone mat on baking sheet. Place foil on baking mat.
Remove skin from outside of garlic, leaving cloves attached.
Cut the top off each garlic head to expose the tops -approximately ¼ inch. Place on foil and pour olive oil over top of cloves.
Wrap tightly with foil.
Bake until cloves are tender, approximately 55 minutes.
Peel back skins and remove each clove.
Use immediately or place in sealed container in refrigerator for up to one week.
Hint: Use as many garlic heads as needed for your recipe.

3 Tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions

Bake until cloves are tender, approximately 55 minutes.
