Use this creamy healthy guacamole sauce for any Mexican recipe, spread on sandwiches, simply eat with chips or dip vegetables. Ingredients
1 Avocado, ripe
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or light Sour cream)
1 small Garlic clove, minced (approximately 1 teaspoon)
1 Tablespoon Lemon
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth. Scrape sides as needed and blend again.
Notes
Set avocado out of refrigerator 1-2 days prior to making recipe.
You can substitute plain greek yogurt for sour cream or light sour cream.
