    Pork Tenderloin Recipe Ingredients

    • 1 ½ pounds Pork Tenderloin
    • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • ¾ teaspoon ground Black pepper
    • 1 ½ teaspoons Coriander

    See recipe card for quantities.

    Pork Tenderloin Instructions

Heat smoker as desired if smoking. Heat oven to 400ºF if baking.

Remove silver skin lining from tenderloin and trim any fat, then pat dry with paper towel. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Next, heavily pierce tenderloin all over with fork, then rub with 1 Tablespoon Olive oil.

Mix garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, and coriander in a small dish, then using your hands, rub bowl of seasonings into pork until evenly coated.

In a large oven safe pan (if Baking), heat 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil over medium-high heat. When hot, add tenderloin and brown on all sides for a total of 5 minutes.

If smoking, place in smoker uncovered and turn tenderloin over when meat is 80ºF. Cook until temperature reaches 140ºF. Remove and place in oven (turned off) for ten minutes to rest and finish cooking. Then cut into slices and serve.

If baking, bake uncovered until temperature reaches 140ºF, or about 14 minutes. Remove to cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. Then cut into slices and serve.
