These surprisingly tasty Instant Mashed potatoes are quick and tasty. Pair these delicious Instant potatoes with any of your favorites and no one will know they are instant, plus you may never return to peeling and boiling again. Ingredients
1 1/3 cup Instant Potatoes
1/2 cup chicken broth (Make: 1/2 cup water + 3 chicken bouillon cubes)
2 Tablespoons Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/4 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Pepper, white or black
(optional) 1 Tablespoon Parsley, fresh, chopped
Instructions
In a large microwavable bowl add chicken broth, butter, sour cream, heavy cream, milk, and pepper. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes then stir. Heat another 2 minutes then stir in instant potatoes until mixed. Let sit 2 minutes and stir again. Top with parsley (if using).

Storage: place in airtight container in refrigerator for 3 days.
